UPDATE: less logic gate usage.
Choose any value on the clock and see it work. :)

Instructions:
-The left button change the display (the "dot" is indicate of active display).
-The right button change the number in the active display.
-The 3° touch in the left bottom active the LEDs and the clock: touch the switch to start. You can pause the clock clicking again the switch.
-Touch again the left bottom for stop clock and you can change the numbers in the displays again.
