Inverter Circuit

The red LED shows the input to the circuit, when the input is high 6V the red LED is on.  When the input is low, the red LED is off.  The Green LED represents the output.  When the input is high, output is low and the green LED is off, and when the input is low the output is high and the green LED is on.
