Useless circuit. The same thing can be accomplished with an SPDT switch.

This is not a flip flop at all. Also, you are drawing 0.9A through that 10Ohm resistor.

The only reason the resistances are so small is because everycircuit's LEDs take an unrealistic amount of current to turn on.

20mA is not unrealistic at all.
