Use 9V battery for power.
For current limiter, use an LM317 and a 12,5 ohm resistor (2W).
The 50 ohm resistor, simulate the load of the MOSfet.
The 0.9 ohm pot simulate the RDS-on.
The resistors divider on the left, bias the GATE of the DUT.
The op Amp should be an 1/2 LM358, the other half should be used for testing a
p-type MOSfet.
The voltmeter at the output of the op Amp, simulate an entry-level panel voltmeter;
divide times 10 and replace Volt with Ohm.
This device is not very precise, but is useful to test fake or genuine MOSfet.
