Inverter is off charging cap to 0v through 10k, push switch and 0v pulse turns gate off, then inverter and Led on, inverter charges cap to 5v. RC circuit acts as a delay for the gate to cause on off latching. Push switch again and 5v pulse turns gate on, inverter and Led off, then the inverter repeats charging the cap to 0v again.

When button is held down a little longer circuit returns to on - state again so button pressed state is not permament stable one as it should be cuz no one like to take care of another cool feature called "button presss maximum effective time allowed maintain proper operation" SIC!

Switch is to be pressed and released like when you type on a computer keyboard, not held down to see if stays permanent. But in my dual switch latch, you can hold it down and it will remain permanent. Thanks for the comment for me to rephrase how to press the switch.
