This is a basic 10 Watt rms, 7 Mhz output stage. It is designed to work into a resistive 50 ohm antenna. It needs improvement but ultimately could be used for morse code.

It operates in class C, the output filter needs more stages. I would check the output on a spectrum analyser to look for harmonics before transmitting.
