Okay so I made the whole thing again from scratch. Thanks to Hurz I freshened up on a topology i haven't used in quite a while. Directly coupled class A and class B stage. I stay incorrected on the current driving bias because I really don't see a point of fixing it. Even at most the output will vary no more than 30-40mV and i don't see that as a significant offset. Some of the specs:

- Input Sensitivity - 330mV
- Output power - 120mW/16ohm 60mW/32ohm and so on
- Power Draw - 0.270mW per battery
-Efficiency - 50%
- Frequency response - 10Hz - 100Khz
- Life expectancy - 13hours with 1Ah batteries. That's at 16ohm. At 32ohm 26hours.
- THD+N -  Pretty good figures - 0.08@20Hz 0.03@1Khz  0.09@20Khz
