          T = (1.1)*(R1)*(C1) 
Then , assumption of the value of resistance and time
   T = 11S , R1 = 40Ω
       To find C1
          C1 = T / ( (1.1)*(R1) )
             C1 = 11/ ( (1.1)*(40) )
                C1 = 0.25 F , 250 mF
