Boosts low frequencies before audio power amp to counteract the low frequency roll off of most speakers, which usually starts around 70Hz. Gain peaks to about +6.5dB at around 18Hz. Then rolls off infrasonics. Unity gain at about 5.5Hz.  
Use LM4562 op amp or something better. 
This might not be suitable for use with vinyl... In case the infrasonics damage speakers.
