1. Multiple : weak 100mΩ shunt voltage (OPAMP x75)
2. Compare : multiplied voltage / potentiometer voltage
3. If (multiplied voltage ＞ potentiometer voltage) off the output mosfet gate 
(Output capacitor filtering the high frequency)

Limit current at this circuit : 1 ~ 500mA
