I build this circuit to drive 4v(high bright white led) led from 6v/4.5Ah battery. It has 95.4% duty cycle and 13Khz frequncy. U could use this circuit in practicaly with choose the mosfet(N channel) IRF zn44

What's the point of the timer? All you need is a series resistor (say 150ohm depending LED wattage) and an on/off switch for simple operation. If you want to dim the lamp I recommend using an LM317 adjustable regulator for simplicity, but you could use the 555 with pwm control. If the lamp is 0.8W or less you can drive it straight from pin 3 with a suitable ballast resistor like I mentioned. A giant mosfet is overkill.

resister adding is too risky. in my case i have 63 leds in parallel (4v).and the each resister and the led getting high heat when it's working time.so i need to reduce that.the pwm can control the mosfet with 95% duty cycle .it dose not gets heat up in the led .and no need the resistor between the pin3 and the mosfet gate.because the mosfet only need to on a high enough voltage at the gate it not taking a current trough it.and used a pull down resister(between gate and source,10k) to avoid the electro static voltage.
