在基极回路中，电压源 VBB 使发射结正偏，RB 为限流电阻。通过改变 VBB 或 RB，可以改变基极电流，而改变基极电流将使集电极电流发生改变，即基极电流控制集电极电流。这一点很重要，说明可以用小电流（基极）控制大电流（集电极）。

在集电极回路中，电压源 VCC 通过 RC 使集电结反偏。电压源 VCC 必须使集电结反偏，否则晶体管将不能正常工作。即集电极必须是正电压，这样才能够将注入基极的大多数自由电子收集过来。

图 1 所示电路中，左边回路中基极电流的流动在基极电阻 RB 上产生一个电压，极性如图 1 所示。同样地，右边回路中集电极电流的流动在集电极电阻 RC 上产生一个电压，极性如图 1 所示。

图中的电压关系为：
VCE = VC -VE
VCB = VC -VB
VBE = VB - VE
由于VE = 0，上述式子可以简化为:
VCE = VC
VCB = VC -VB
VBE = VB 

同时因为集电极的负载很低，主要的功率晋中在三极管上，表现为三极管VCE = 4.1V。

Well I haven’t noticed this but in my opinion it is not a friendly thing to do. It may be different in your country but in mine it is seen as a kind of insult and perhaps a white suprematist remark. In the base loop, the voltage source VBB biases the emitter junction and RB is the current limiting resistor. By changing VBB or RB, the base current can be changed, and changing the base current will cause the collector current to change, ie the base current controls the collector current. This is important, indicating that a large current (collector) can be controlled with a small current (base).

In the collector loop, the voltage source VCC reverses the collector junction through RC. The voltage source VCC must reverse the collector junction or the transistor will not function properly. That is, the collector must be a positive voltage so that most of the free electrons injected into the base can be collected.
