Heading Simulator 1.19.12

This simulates an up-down counter from 001 to 360. Like an aircraft or ship heading controller. In the top right hand corner the middle logic source controls the direction of counting. A 0 simulates turning a rotary encoder clockwise (counts up) and a 1 simulates turning the encoder counter-clockwise (counts down). By no means do I think of this as being perfect, so if you have any suggestions, feel free to comment. I'm not worried about the slight timing issues when changing from 9 to 0 or from 0 to 9, as the simulation is rather CPU heavy and this will be different from computer to computer. However, if someone knows of a way to fix it, please let me know. There might be some left over components, or some that are placed just to help prevent the wires going everywhere. I'll try to fix all that in another release.
