555 Timer PWM

PWM controller based on a 555 timer. 
I can't adjust the frequency or duty cycle. Am I doing something wrong or does the 555 timer not simulate properly?

Slow down simspeed to about 1ms/s. Anyway 555 is bad as pwm modulator. Keep it up.

BTW, to do better, its importante to have a good ratio of charge and discharge resistance. I am not going to deep, but keep the resistor from vcc small compared to your pot. 1 to 10 is ok. 1k you have already, change your pot to 10k. Addat the center frequency with the cap value. Hope this helps.
