What is the difference

I have transistors in real life and when i test them with AVO meters one of them has a small resistand in one direction ( like the one on the right) and the other one has infiniti resistant on both sides .. Are they both healthy transistors .. Wich one does actualy work .. Why they are different .. When i test them in real life the base is not connected to anything.. I connected 0V to the right because it acts like one of my transistors (i dont know why) 0V and nothing are not the same??

That's not how you test them. They should be only conducting in the right direction (that being from collector to emitter) and only when there's a signal at the base. The base current should be limited, because you'll end up in saturation (like the right transistor)

My main question is: if a transistor conducted between collector and emitter or the opposet, without any voltage at the base ,is it a healthy transistor?

I agree with @WTFCircuit, what you have is a broken transistor.

BJT: Broken. MOSFET: Unknown. Current must flow through the base of the BJT to create a low resistance between C and E unless it is broken. Large resistances between C and E are a good sign if the base cannot source or sink current (not connected). Are they the same transistors?

if the base is floating you can't test it. you need to tie the base and the emitter, then check for leaks. polarity of your ohmmeter is also important and so is voltage; if you measure resistance in reverse you'll go over the reverse breakdown voltage, so current will flow
