Open it and wait a minute. See how it transforms for a buck converter to a linear converter! There is no hysteresis in your regulator.

I think it's only the simulation, in real life the swiching frequency will only increase. But i'll see what i can do to slow it down a little bit and stop the simulation to go in DC mode.

In reality it will happen even faster with an normal opamp. The lowpass you used now as workaround will cause blindness against high frequencies in load and will cause additional problems in phase shift of regulator loop. You added one more complexity level from second order to now third order filter, which will be not easier to get under control.
