There are several problems with this circuit. On the left side there is a backwards PNP transistor where there should be an NPN transistor. Of the six resistors on the very bottom of the schematic, the rightmost one should be reduced to 50ohms. You have a 1V source as the input, and it has a 10kOhm resistor directly above it. Directly to it’s right is a resistor that should be increased to 40kOhms. Directly to it’s right you should see what looks like a transistor sandwiched in between two resistors. Directly to the right of that should be one more resistor at the edge of the schematic that needs to be decreased to 50ohms. The capacitor in the circuit should be decreased to at least 100pF. The 1V source you have as the input should be replaced with a 1V sine wave source. You can do that by tapping (or clicking if your on the computer) the source and clicking the wavy symbol. Finally, in order to make it simulate, you need to add a switch to the negative voltage source of your circuit so that it starts out with the negative voltage source disconnected from the circuit and then after the simulation starts you flip the switch to connect it and then it should work amplifying the 1V signal to 7.5V.

Hi @jason9, thanks for your help. I added more details and a photograph of the circuit that I am using as a reference in the description, as you can see no details on the values, Could you give me more details about the values of the resistors, the capacitor and on the transistor?
