⭐️Using a N-channel MOSFET transistor as a switch to control a motor⭐️

When the SPST switch is open, the 10K pulldown resistor ensures that the N-channel MOSFET transistor is turned off and that the motor is off. Closing the SPST switch will turn the transistor on and hence the motor on. The motor is limited to 80.1 rpm but feel free to fine tune the motor settings to whatever rpm range you desire. Pleas note: This circuit uses an N-Channel enhancement mode silicon gate power field effect transistor which is specifically designed for use with logic level (5V) driving sources in applications such as programmable controllers, automotive switching and solenoid drivers. This performance is accomplished through a special gate oxide design which provides full rated conduction at gate biases in the 3V to 5V range, thereby facilitating true on-off power control directly from logic circuit supply voltages. Enjoy...😎

For low power applications simply place a 50 ohm resistor just beneath the motor and then fine tune the motor to a desirable rpm range such as 164 rpm.

Kiani, people like lenzrulz are searching in EC people like you with whom continuosly interact on non electronics argument. Do not you believe this? Try to ignore completely for a period what he writes in everywhere and I believe he will have an hard life.

Read headline, description and watch drawing its clear, Lenny our charlatan is messing here.

NEVER use motor with transistor WITHOUT flyback diode, back EMF in moment of shuting down motor could burn up whole circutry. Back EMF can reach voltages greater than 1000 V. But else circuit is good.

Plus the circuit is inly good if you use the right Mosfet. Mosfets have a habit of going up in flames, (literally)...

Yes lenhy is outting this post uo is a metaphorically a dog laying on its bsck and asking its tommy tickeled.

Yes @gogi3411, you are absolut right! How can an "expert" forget that? Probably hes not an expert and just a charlatan 😀 And there is more to tell the charlatan. About saturation voltage, P vs NMOS, low Vt mosfet, and much more

Werner missed that point and then embarrassingly jumped onto it, but we can’t expect anything constructive from EC’s most notorious obnoxiously condescending cyberbully...😬

such a simple circuit, but Lenny you have a talent to make it a crap drawing. @kiani, what do you think about the mosfet properties and its Vds in conducting mode?

Lenny must have read ctiby s mosfet posts,, so he went in as cow and came out a donkey.

@Bushmills, any atmospheric toxicity comes from your keyboard as evidenced by your REPOSTED LYING NARRATIVES posted BELOW this comment! *BELOW* - Preposition Beneath, under, lower than, less than, inferior to, subordinate to, subject to, controlled by, under the heel of. That’s right, your lying narratives BELOW - never preceding my comments! Unfortunately, not even your cowardly script usage can help you!
