It is regulated to 5 volts from 10 volts all the way up to 1,000 volts without being off within .01 volts.

It works great until the load exceeds 60mA, then the output voltage falls like a lead brick.

Rbrtkurtz, it acts up when it's really efficient, for some goofy reason, I did spend lots of time trying to make it better, from what you are saying, sorry about that wierd reaction. It trenches, it had it really wierd when intil I approved it. It made different "fell" actions, the graphics looked like New York city sky scrapers. Its retarded when it does that.

Voltransistor, check how a bandgap works, this is the/one key to perfect precision (at constant temperatur :-)
