Use Thévenine equivalent of the voltage divider formed by R1 and R2, you can find the output V(t) produced by a step input for Vin. R1=R2=10K C=0.1uF Vin=step input (no voltage level and period given, so I set the period to 5ms, to look good) On the left: original circuit On the right: Thévenine equivalent of the voltage source and the divider Vth=Vin/2 Rth=5K RC=5K*0.1uF=0.5ms 5RC=2.5ms (approx. total charge/discharge time of the capacitor)
