555 timer latching circuit

Single on/off push button switch. With  ordinary push button switch bouncing effect sometimes shows up, (rarely) i.e with the actual assembled circuit.

Lol, I think this is terminology again. I think he’s saying it’s a latching circuit using a 555 timer I/C, not that it’s a timer latch.
