It's basic of transistor set reset switch. Bistable multivibrator, there is other version of that where switches are connected together with Resistor to power voltage, but in this case sometimes base of transistor can be damaged if voltage is to high. I use ground to turn of one Resistor, also this way I don't need use 2 more resistors and whole multivibrator is smaller and easier. Remember also that transistor have beta around 1/100 and when You choose Resistor in collector, then Resistor in base is good to use 100 times bigger in oms. Then whole circuit is more stable.

When i used 330ohm and 3.3k in real life the circuit don't light up the led?

@najib I ran a simulation with Proteus using BC547 NPN transistor with 470R and 4k7R that seemed to work, I don't currently have them in my inventory or I would try bread boarding them. Using 330 and 3k3 shows 28 mA using BC547 which would burn up most LED's. What setup are you trying?

Najib maybe you have diodes working with 3.5v? Or maybe you connect it in opposite way? Or check transistors if you connect it properly. Sometimes I make mistake with npn and pnp.
