Лампочка - нагрузка для измерения тока потребления.
Резистор - для измерения сопротивления
Батарея - для измерения напряжения источника питания.
Эти "сменные" элементы находятся с правой части схемы, после выключателей, которые служат как "зажимы". Выключатель слева с тремя выводами служит переключателем:
Вверх - измерение сопротивления
Вниз - тока и напряжения
