Yes, the gate of MOSFET can be seen es a cap. Some time ago, I figured out the capacitance of a default EC NMOS is about 30pF. See my ringoscillator which just make use of the gate capacitance and is even working fine as VCO.

So a constant supply of 1ma can create infinate voltage.

The Current source is made up from transistors and a voltage source.. There is No satch thing as Just Current source and People Just dont know that. So if u manage to build one that brake the gate with 1 m amper u Will need very high voltag source and transistors..
