Latest version.  I have added a manual button and up and down buttons. In manual mode you have 4 gears. 1 to 4 
I do not control when you can press the manual button, located to the right of the 555 time. The up and down buttons
are below the 555 timer. Manual mode starts in 1st gear.

E.g  -  The button press time might be over 1 second.
I'm happy to have any one help me make the circuit better over all.
