Circuit demonstrations of the various different transistors and MOSFET's. 

Touch the logic source pad or the SPST switch of each transistor and MOSFET to view their functionality.

Other loads such as relays are commonly used with PNP's, NPN's and MOSFET's as seen in all examples. 

All transistors and their inputs are protected as demonstrated.

The two ccts on the right are very silly, cause you use 40mA to switch 40mA, so why use a transistor at all.. You could just use a switch... The idea is to usr a tranistor to use light current to swictch heavier currents.. Why so hostility.. Hope this helps...
