DIS ist NC bei OUT HI.
DIS isl LOW bei OUT LOW.
HI ist VDD.
LOW ist VCC und nicht GND...
VDD 10K TRIG 10K TRIG2 10K GND Spannungsteiler im IC scheint zu fehlen.
RES. Schaltet bei VSS oder NC den OUT nur NC. Der IC arbeitet weiter.
OUT ist HI wenn TRIG LOW.

Bitte korregieren. So ist der NE555 nicht verwendbar...

Ja das ist leider eine Schwäche der 555 implementierung. Im 555 wird ground verwendet aber nicht vom dazu gehörigen Pin :-( Ich habe das auch schon angemerkt siehe hier http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5048668184903680
