This circuit runs differently depending on the electrical orientation of the bulb. Here, the phase flips after about 5-10 seconds, including EXISTING lines on the scope. Rotate the bulb 180 degrees electrically, and the phase behaves as expected.
I ran into this in the very first circuit I did. Grrrrr.
