Simple bandgap reference circuit. But can't obtain output voltage vs temperature curve because of lack of functions in this tool.

Before you think to much about temperatur, please check your circuit with different supply voltages. The only stable voltage I can find is the one from EC - 2Volt power supply ;-)

It's stable at 2v+/- 10% power supply .
