Hex and oct synchronized counter.

Minor modifications to my last circuit to go from Dec to Oct. Still lagging. But works. Like the last one displays the 9 (a on previous one) but once again attributed to the lag.
****updated the counter to stop at seven, not eight****

I think that you made an error on octal circuit. Your system is counting 0 to 8. It should count 0 to 7. (in the same way, decimal system counts 0 to 9 and not 0 to 10)
