Even though this voltage divider is simple, there is an issue: you must assume the load resistance is lower than the divider itself. Other than that... 5v and 3.3v are meant to be DC, not AC, assuming you want to build a digital circuit. And finally, due to voltage oscillations in real circuits, you may want to think about putting a voltage regulator into your circuit.
