This amplifier equivalent model comes unstable if you try to increase the Controlled generator constant. Student must prove this by applying the Routh stability criterion. In the simulation we consider both an equivalent model and an amplifier whose voltage ratio is reduced via a feedback here not shown. The difference is that in the schematics of you try to enhance the amplifier gain more than 3 the operational amplifier goes into saturation.
