This is a practical integrator
The orange colored curve is the raw integrated output with a phase of 91.7 degrees .

This happens due the finite impedance the OPAMPS have at the i/p and o/p ends. Theoretically speaking it should be infinitely high at the i/p and zero at the o/p. Since that's not the case we end up a higher phase

My comment was because you inverted + and -, but seeing your other circuits made me think you just made a little mistake
