Have you tried iCircuit? They have many of those. And they respond to your phones inputs. Like the microphone picks up noise from your actual microphone. There’s an accelerometer that uses your phones actual accelerometer too. They have some shift registers. They also have a sub circuit mode, where you can design circuits and import them into a new circuit as an IC
