Yeah I'm not sure how a load would affect this circuit. It took me awhile to get it to do just this haha. SMPS intrigue me and I want to build my own off line smps for future projects. So I'm just fiddling for now. I want to eventually make one with a microcontroller like the attiny13a I bought off of ebay.
