Using a 741 op amp with 9v supply. Adjust pot till oscillations begin.swap out twin resistors to Change frequency. ( Frequency =1 divided by 2pi times rc ) for example, if two lower resistors are 15k and caps are .01 uf, them f= ~ 927 Hz.
