Maybe the lightbulb changes resistance when it's burning and creates an oscillator in conjunction with the coil.

The oscillations seen are an artefact of the simulator. The graph auto scales to any changes. Note the scale of the graph is 1V to 1V. The ringing pattern maybe due to rounding error and the iterative process used to simulate continuous time. It's basically simulator noise.

Setting lamp to 1 V perhaps is better.

The voltage is double the lamp voltage requirement. induction is charging itself, which limit the voltage to below 1V, then discharging again. in practical, the lamp will blow and circuit stop working.
