Maybe just copying...whoops posting circuits without research of component function. This site has Too much of that then eventually a basic question gets asked. Yes a few months ago even a ground was questioned as to its use by a user whohad posted many circuits.

These users are intuitive electronics enthusiasts, they are learning from others examples, so am I, so don't be to harsh on them, EC is for every one not just for technicians, engineers, or teachers..... I to have questioned some of these guys, but now I realize that that even without a solid foundation they have created some circuits that even the gurus here have positively commented on their work.
