8 bit memory made with NOR flip-flops. When you trigger the left inputs (Set) to high the line will keep high then you trigger the top input (Reset) high. This will clean the memory for a new write.
The circuit was made for educational purposes, that's why the reset clean all. In functional circuit you have to reset each flip-flop so you haven't to rewrite all the data again.
