The lower resistor simulates a photo resistor that will vary from 10 k in dark to 900 ohm full light. Tested with single led on circuit and ptype mosfet to toggle a higher voltage bulb for safety lamp. I will add this circuit to pir sensor circuit to build motion detection lamp
