The top logic input is used to arm the system. The other 4 inputs are zones. The light indicates that the system is in alarm. The red LEDs indicate which zone had been faulted. The green LED indicates that the system is okay to arm. The system will stay in alarm until disarmed using the top logic input. The zones are usually on because security systems are installed using normally closed devices.
