Simple circuit to provide temporal, time-limited power to a system. Here, an LED acts as the load. Activate the push-button switch to provide power; releasing it starts the discharge cycle, controlled by the 22M resistor/10uF capacitor combo, as set giving many minutes of operation. Replace the push button with a mercury switch and then a simple shake of the device will activate. Good for small lighting, radios, etc.
