In principle fine. The game logic works great. What have to be improved is the electrical part. All outputs are connected together and this wont work in reality. While one gate might be HIGH as winner the left two others are LOW and this will be a short circuit. Why does the simulator dont see that? It would see that if the inputs are defined for high AND low. If you see grey components the simulator ignores these component as it would be not existing, thats the reason there is no short circuit in sim. Use defined high AND low (not floating open) e.g. with 6 extra pulldown resistors and see what i mean. Keep it up!
