Driver Signal Arm Lighted

A zeppelin-shaped car light mounted above driver's door ( like a dome light bulb and about as bright as dome light) is mounted in a shielded mount to direct lamp light downward beside the car. This is wired to tail light circuit to be ON at night with headlights. Simulator shows view from car behind as sleeve and hand is well lit to give manual turn signals. A hand and arm appearing in the darkness of night going down the road is how the picture looks. Maybe fluorescent sleeve material with white glove on hand? Kermit the frog puppet on the signal hand for turn signal to write home about?
