Simple FM transmitter with  with BC547. Found this on the internet.

FM is Frequency modulated. The carrier wave (433MHz, for example) increase or decrease its frequency according to the input voltage, that goes from 20Hz to 20kHz

The transition frequency of the BC547 is 300MHz. Anything below will probably work just fine but anything above most likely won't work as intended. If you are going for the 433MHz you should probably look for a different transistor. A different design to modulate the signal at higher frequencies would probably be necessary anyway.
