Quick report, flip inputs of opamp, increase feedback 1k resistor to 2k, slow down simspeed to about 3ms. Restart simulation and shake to start oscillation. Have fun!

Now the gain is much to high and degrades Wienbridge to a simple rectangle generator, what a pitty. Perfect ratio on negative side would be 2. You have 29000/12 ~2400!!!

Yes better, but ask yourself how does a good sinewave suppose to look like. BTW the ratio is still not 2 its 29/12.
