This is an oscillator 5V output from 58hz up to 5khz with NOT transistors gates. 18/7/25 I just upgrade the circuit, I just add a data ff,you should not have more wide osc display scale as you try to set up DELAY TIME KNOB unless you change the IC gate delay and the value of resistor where drive the base of transistor 10k-1k.
