Arduino LED control

I'd like to control different banks of leds from the digital output of an arduino. Is this circuit a reasonable solution? The switches represent the 5v digital logic lines.

But the resistors on emitters should be 140 then 160 then 100 from top to bottom for perfect current

Good luck having 160 and 140 resistors around. Just calculate out what you need, then go with whatever standard resistance you have that is higher than the number you came up with. I.e. if I calculated that I needed a 169.5 resistor, I'd just plug in a 180.

You could always combine resistors in series to get exactly what you need, but that's not usually necessary for this kind of stuff.
