Will this work if i use two outputs from a USB hub? And plug it on 2A USB charger. Im not sure if it will break the adapter or the hub. But i just want to use the Negative voltage . And this is one method that i think might work.. help please.

Don't do it. Do not connect positive to negative usb wires http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5594555948990464

It looks good on paper but there is a lot more going on then some floating dc power supplies. Your usb power supply is most likely already referenced to ground in real life.
