This is an EMF backflow system using a current source with capacitor smoothers through diode gates (one reverse biased to ensure current trap), magnetic locked motors and a capacitor bank with resistance as a false ground to ensure stable feedback loop behavior. Using the lamp as visual feedback.
The ocilloscope's display screen shows the capacitor discharge pattern and voltage climb rate. The switch by the false ground is the failsafe killswitch.
